Reflecting on My Journey: Awards in Recognition of Dedication and Teamwork

This year, I had the privilege of receiving two significant awards at Assetlink – the Signature Behaviour Award and the Spot Award. These honors have not only been a validation of my efforts but also a reminder of the strength that teamwork and a calm mindset bring, even in unpredictable situations.

The Signature Behaviour Award was a highlight, recognizing my dedication to helping my team members and consistently being available to handle tasks and requests. It’s been a fulfilling experience to know that my support for others has made a positive impact.

The Spot Award came as a surprise. It was awarded for my response to an unexpected flood incident at the Canberra Centre earlier this year. With my team, I worked to keep the situation under control, maintaining calm amidst chaos and coordinating with the Client Relationship Manager and the Center Security Manager. This award highlighted the importance of remaining proactive and adaptable, especially when facing challenges beyond our control.

I’m incredibly grateful to Assetlink and to my colleagues who have supported and inspired me along the way. These awards have strengthened my resolve to continue growing professionally and to embrace each opportunity to contribute positively to our team.
