My Journey as a Jim's Cleaning Franchisee: Training with the Founder

I completed a 6-day intensive training program at the Jim’s Group headquarters in Mooroolbark, Melbourne, as part of my journey to becoming a Jim's Cleaning franchisee. The experience was incredibly valuable and insightful, offering both practical skills and business strategies tailored specifically for Jim's franchisees.

Staying at the headquarters added to the immersive experience, and I even had the opportunity to meet and learn directly from Jim Penman himself! He shared invaluable advice and personal insights, reminding us of the importance of quality service and customer satisfaction in every job. This mentorship from Jim was one of the highlights of the training.

Overall, the week was packed with hands-on learning, networking with other franchisees, and gaining a solid foundation to grow my business under the Jim’s Cleaning brand.
